-of Final Fantasy 7- {Back To Cosplay Gallery} Date Completed: October 2004 First Worn at: Halloween J-pop Dance Party 2004 Time Spent: 20 hours Materials Cost: approx. $120 Notes: I totally love this dress. Its so pretty and comfortable and super soft. I put a lot of effort into this dress, since it was fairly simple, I focused on making it the highest quality possible. It fit so well, and I'm very happy with the quality. I made the bow necklace beaded to add a more glamourous touch to the outfit since I first wore it to my schools Homecoming dance. Now for the hair, I used a ponytail extension and attached the hair ribbon to the top, and styled it in the twisty braid style she has. The crazy bangs though were a different story... we almost got them to work, but at least now I know the technique, it just took a half hour to figure out and by that time there was so much gel and spray in my hair that it was too heavy to really stand up. So next time the bangs hopefully will turn out better. A few of the pictures are from the portfolio photoshoot I did with Tim, so my hair isn't up in the Aeris style, oh well. Photos by Tim Colose
